Production Team Leader Welding

Responsibilities:

• Verify and communicate daily presence.
• Verify adherence to the work program.
• Verify how tasks are handed over, cleanliness, preparation of tools for the next article.
• Verify respect for production times and the daily norm of operators.
• Inform operators about activities they must perform.
• Provide rules and operators with information regarding technological, quality, organizational, and cleanliness issues.
• Prioritize documentation for articles that are about to enter production.
• Intervene when non-compliance with technology or manufacturing procedures is detected.
• Monitor product regulation on machines. Ensure that the first pieces produced after regulation are compliant.
• Monitor piece control by operators, according to the control plan and measurement frequency.
• Ensure correct labeling of pieces and semifabricates.
• Monitor finished pieces, deliver them to the next operation or department.
• Ensure that pieces leave for the next operation well-maintained and packaged accordingly.
• Ensure that pieces can be identified based on the operator who executed them.
• Instruct operators on CNC machines, welding, and connected operations, so they become independent professionals.
• Evaluate personnel under supervision.
• Inform technologies of any changes in programs or technologies.
• Collaborate with technologies and rules for permanent improvement of technologies.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and necessary documentation for the execution of each article.
