Production Team Leader (Glass Sector)

Adecco For a company specialized in glass, we are looking for a production team leader:

• Encourage and coordinate a production team on a daily basis
• Organize schedules and ensure respect of quality/cadence objectives
• Anticipate needs (material, personnel, priorities) and resolve unexpected issues
• Maintain safety and respect procedures
• Promote improvements, challenge the status quo, and drive effective changes

Profile:

• Fluency in French is essential, German desired
• Natural leadership: charisma, ability to motivate and make decisions
• A keen sense of organization and strong anticipation skills (primary criteria)
• A lively spirit, learns quickly, results-oriented, and continuous improvement
• Stress management, rigor, and prioritization capacity
• Industrial production experience; knowledge of the glass sector a plus
