PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY

To our client, an international leader in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector, with headquarters in Canton Ticino, we are looking for a Production Supervisor to be inserted within the sterile department, packaging area. Main responsibilities: - Operational coordination of a production team composed of approximately 40 resources - Organization of shifts, holidays, training activities and performance evaluation - Supervision of compliance with GMP standards and safety and hygiene regulations - Monitoring of production plans and technical documentation management - Support in internal and external audit activities - Active collaboration with the quality department (QA) and other company functions. Required qualifications: - Master's degree in scientific disciplines (preferably CTF, related) - Previous experience (min. 3-5 years) in GMP environments in the pharmaceutical or food sector - Knowledge of packaging processes, serialization, and traceability - Mother tongue Italian with excellent knowledge of English - Proficiency in management and application systems (Office, SAP, SeaVision, TrackWise) - Availability to work on shifts (day and occasional night shifts).
