Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and implementing efficient processes to meet customer demands. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing daily operations of the production team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. • Ensuring adherence to quality control procedures, maintaining accurate records, and conducting regular audits. • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and implement changes. • Maintaining a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, reporting incidents, and participating in safety training programs. The ideal candidate will possess: • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Nutrition, or related discipline). • At least 3 years of experience in a production-related role, preferably in the food or nutraceutical industry. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production-related issues. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
