Production Supervisor - Mechanical
Job description
We’re looking for a Production Supervisor with strong mechanical skills to join our team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, troubleshoot and maintain machinery, and ensure top-quality output while driving continuous improvement.
This is more than just managing production, it’s about inspiring a team, building accountability, and fostering growth. Your leadership, hands-on mechanical know-how, and understanding of automation will be key to success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and motivate a production team.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery and automation equipment.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimise downtime.
- Make timely decisions to keep operations efficient.
- Manage workloads, absenteeism, and shift coverage.
- Use data and reports to drive productivity, reduce waste, and improve processes.
