Production Supervisor

LHH Per to company, important leader reality in its reference sector, we are looking for a: Production Supervisor Responsibilities The resource will be responsible for managing daily operations of multiple production departments, ensuring compliance with production, quality, and safety targets, with direct presence in the department and operational coordination of personnel. Main responsibilities ? Manage and supervise the activities of multiple production departments, ensuring compliance with work programs and company standards. ? Coordinate operational staff: assignment of tasks, monitoring progress, and supervision of ongoing operations. ? Collaborate with production planning to define workload and prioritize tasks. ? Monitor daily production times and methods, intervening promptly in case of critical or anomalous situations. ? Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations. ? Use SAP for registering and monitoring production data (preferential knowledge). ? Participate in continuous improvement projects and process optimization initiatives.

Your Profile Requirements ? Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical, management, or related). ? 2-3 years of experience in production in structured manufacturing contexts. ? Excellent operational coordination and resource management skills. ? Preferential knowledge of SAP software. ? Good organizational, problem-solving, and result-oriented skills. ? Teamwork attitude and ability to manage complex operational situations.
