Production Supervisor

We are recruiting a Production Supervisor for one of our clients, a company specialized in manufacturing high-quality glass systems for closing terraces, balconies, and interior spaces.

Candidates must have:

• Higher education in a technical field;
• At least 3 years of experience in production coordination (e.g. windows, doors, roofs, curtain walls);
• Experience in analyzing production performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions for improvement;
• Experience using an ERP system for planning and managing production;
• Excellent leadership, organization, and analysis skills;
• Able to make quick and efficient decisions.

The responsibilities of the Production Supervisor will include:

• Coordinating, planning, and optimizing production processes;
• Supervising production staff to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards;
• Maintaining a smooth production flow to prevent delays and blockages;
• Ensuring efficient management of inventory to prevent material shortages.
