Production Supervisor

Job Description

Manage the operational staff under your supervision in assigned production areas, managing and facilitating the necessary resources to achieve indicators and productive goals of your team under your charge.

• Lead the team in achieving plant targets and indicators. Administration of personnel.
• Report in established formats and files.
• Management and administration of necessary resources. Personnel roster. Promote continuous improvement.
• Promote a good working environment.
• Promote product quality.
• Lead the support competencies of the operation.
• Promote and ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate and manage EAD's.
• Know and ensure compliance with operational controls and/or work instructions from the CAS (Quality - Environment - Safety) system, in your area of work and those under your responsibility.
• Manage documents and processes according to the Johnson Controls Management System, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 current in JCI. Meet indicators, programs, training, regulations, and procedures for Safety, Health, and Environment.
