Production Supervisor Key Responsibilities 1. Production Management Oversee day-to-day operations of the meat production lines, ensuring efficiency and compliance with production schedules Monitor workflow and adjust production activities to meet quality and quantity targets Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, maintenance, quality assurance) to streamline production 2. Quality Assurance and Compliance Ensure adherence to food safety standards (e.g., HACCP or relevant local regulations) Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality and safety protocols Implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations or non-compliances 3. Team Management Lead and motivate a team of production staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and job satisfaction Provide coaching and training to team members to improve performance and address skill gaps 4. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall performance Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and make data-driven decisions
