Job description
As a production supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily activities of your sector to achieve departmental objectives in terms of safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Through your interactions, you will transmit the company's values and mission to your colleagues.
You will manage and lead the Prepack team by organizing and planning its activities effectively to ensure optimal packaging of praline boxes. You will guarantee the security, quality, and performance of production lines while ensuring productivity and efficiency.
You will develop personnel (CDI, CDD, students, and interns) and be the central point of contact with the rest of the organization, facilitating communication and coordination between departments.
