Production Supervisor
Job description
A client company specializing in manufacturing and services for the agro-food and pharmaceutical sectors seeks a production supervisor to ensure product quality and compliance with customer requirements. This role is central: the person will be the eyes of the company on each project, validating critical steps and ensuring that each piece meets quality standards before shipment.
Main responsibilities-
SUPERVISE production activities and ensure compliance with daily priorities.

VALIDATE key quality steps: welding, folding, manufacturing, and final assembly before delivery.

ENSURE that finished products meet plans, standards, and customer requirements.

IDENTIFY deviations and propose immediate adjustments to correct non-conformities.

WORK closely with production teams to optimize quality and process fluidity.

SERVE as the quality reference point for all projects in the workshop.

EXPERIENCE in production supervision or quality control in a manufacturing environment (metal, fabrication, or similar).

GOOD understanding of welding, folding, and metal fabrication procedures.

NATURAL LEADERSHIP and ability to lead a team towards high-quality standards.

SALARY: $80,000 to $90,000 based on experience.

BONUS ON PROJECTS based on results and performance.

FLEXIBLE HOURS: possibility of working 4 days from 9 am to 5 pm and taking Friday afternoon off.
