PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

We are looking for a Production Superintendent who will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to travel occasionally.
