Job description
In order to consolidate the production team, we are looking for a dedicated and professional Production Shift Leader, who will coordinate and ensure the efficiency of processes on the production line.
In the capacity of Production Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing the production flow on the assigned shift, ensuring that production processes unfold in accordance with quality standards, safety, and efficiency. You will coordinate teams of operators, implement procedures, and intervene to solve any problems that may arise during production.
