Job Title: Product / Production Quality Assurance Engineer (Electronics & RF) Location: Tubize Sector: Defense & Aerospace About the Role Join an advanced manufacturing site specialized in the design, development, and production of high-reliability aerospace and defense electronic equipment. As a Product / Production Quality Assurance Engineer, you ensure customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements are fully deployed into robust shopfloor processes. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer satisfaction is paramount; you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required specifications and standards. This includes conducting regular audits to verify compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. 2. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including production planning, manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain management to ensure that processes are in place to guarantee product quality. 3. Develop and maintain robust shopfloor processes to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. This includes identifying and implementing corrective actions for non-conformities and deviations. 4. Collaborate with the production planning team to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring that all changes are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders. 5. Conduct regular quality control checks on products and processes to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. 6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality manual outlining the company's quality policy, objectives, and procedures. 7. Ensure that all employees involved in production and manufacturing are trained and aware of their responsibilities regarding product quality. 8. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that they meet the required standards for materials and components used in our products. 9. Develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier quality manual outlining the company's expectations and requirements for suppliers. 10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that all changes are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
