Production - Production Technician - Production Operator
Job description
Michael Page - Plan and supervise industrialization activities for composite product processes. - Conduct PFMEA analyses to evaluate risks associated with production processes and develop action plans to prevent or mitigate defects - Define control strategies and detailed control plans in accordance with project acceptance criteria and process parameters, including KC and CTI control according to EN 9100. - Define and manage distinct production base, analyze raw material consumption and manufacturing cycle times. - Ensure equipment preparation, validate it in the context of sub-supply and manage it throughout its lifecycle. - Perform process control and manage Non-Conformities, Defects, and Complaints, collaborating with other teams to analyze causes and implement effective corrective actions. - Collaborate with sub-suppliers to analyze production methods and processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality requirements, promoting continuous improvement. - Manage manufacturing documentation configuration. - Verify production technical designs within the PDM flow of project document validation. - Actively participate in review meetings with clients, integrators, and installers. Required: - Technical studies background related to sciences and technologies applied to productive processes. - At least 3 years of experience in composite systems sector - Fluent in Italian and English - Excellent knowledge of technical drawing - Excellent knowledge of Office package - Operational knowledge of EN 9100 standard Considered a plus: - Knowledge of EASA Part 21 G aerospace regulations. - Familiarity with CAD and PDM software use - Knowledge of APQP EN 9145 standard - Familiarity with other technologies: mechanical processing, thermal forming, textile processing, industrial painting. - Direct interaction experience with aerospace manufacturers' supply chains.
