Production Plant Manager

Job Title: Production Plant Manager - Mining Location: Limpopo, South Africa Position Summary: Hire Resolve's Client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Plant Manager to oversee the mining operations at their operations in Limpopo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality control. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 standard Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets and optimize plant performance. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Manage and coordinate the activities of production staff, including training and development. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, mining, or a related field). Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role. Strong understanding of mining operations and processes. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
