Job Description Role: Production Planning / Industrial Engineering Manager – Ethnic Ladies Wear Location: Dhamnod, Madhya Pradesh, approximately 70 kms from Indore Department: Production / Planning / Industrial Engineering Reporting To: Head of Manufacturing Role Objective The role will be responsible for effective production planning, Industrial Engineering, line setting, capacity utilization, productivity improvement, cost control and daily execution monitoring for ethnic ladies wear products. Key Responsibilities Include: • Developing and implementing production plans to ensure timely and efficient production of products. • Conducting industrial engineering studies to identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to set up new lines and optimize existing ones. • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address these issues. • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. • Developing and managing budgets and forecasts for production planning and industrial engineering initiatives. • Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure successful execution of projects. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in production planning and industrial engineering. • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required by the company. • Performing other duties as assigned by the Head of Manufacturing.
