Production Planning and Programming Employee

At Centro S.p.A. Agency for Labor, Padua branch, we are selecting a Production Planning and Programming Employee for an important manufacturing company. The figure will be responsible for programming production in specific departments dedicated to mechanical work such as turning, with the goal of ensuring the achievement of predetermined targets and continuous improvement. It will interface independently with company offices and various functions, managing needs and production flows. Main responsibilities expected from the role: - Production planning management for departments to achieve predetermined goals; - Analysis of production data and advancement through MRP and other tools; - Management of production phases and identification of articles for external purchases; - Programming of machine loads for turning machines; - Data analysis for order optimization. REQUIREMENTS: - Previous experience of at least 5 years in structured production contexts (e.g. turnings, refinements) - Knowledge of planning/programming procedures for production - Knowledge of MTS and MTP departments and related management processes - Good knowledge of supply chain/production control software (MES, MRP, APS) - Knowledge of process control logic and quality control during the production cycle - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (particularly Excel and Outlook) - Excellent organizational skills, precision, and problem-solving attitude.
