Production Planner*in (MRP)

• Planning of the assigned production lines regarding production quantities, sequences, and line utilization, taking into account costs, process reliability, and delivery readiness
• Ensuring product availability through demand-oriented production planning based on sales forecasts and customer orders
• Control of inventory levels and stock cover times, taking into account defined target values
• Continuous monitoring of the planning status as well as early identification and resolution of bottlenecks
• Performing capacity balancing within the planning horizon and scheduling maintenance and other production interruptions
• Procurement of necessary packaging materials to ensure a smooth production process
• Determination of quantities and deadlines for projects, new product introductions, and relaunches in close cooperation with project management and other interfaces
• Maintenance of relevant master planning data and active participation in the further development of processes and planning tools

• Completed vocational training in a commercial, technical, or industrial field, ideally supplemented by further education in business administration or supply chain
• Professional experience in production planning, procurement, production preparation, or supply chain management
• Good SAP knowledge, ideally experience with APO or comparable planning systems
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Analytical mindset as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong understanding of interdependencies along the supply chain and enjoyment of working in a dynamic production environment
• High communication and teamwork skills as well as enjoyment of collaborating with various internal interfaces
• Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
