SENIOR PRODUCTION PLANNER

What you will do at Filmcutter

• Coordinate production planning and scheduling

• Manage forecasts, procurement, and monitoring of production flows

• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics to reduce urgencies and stock-outs

• Organize production priorities and team operational activities

• Develop KPIs and monitoring tools related to planning and performance

• Contribute to process evolution through more structured and data-driven logic

What we are looking for in you

• At least 8 years of experience in production planning or scheduling roles

• Experience from manufacturing/SME production contexts

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to numbers

• Experience in team management

• Good knowledge of Excel, ERP, and MRP/MES logic

• B2 level English, written and spoken

• Pragmatic approach, operational vision, and prioritization skills

Work location: Montecchio Maggiore (VI)

For the position, an indicative gross annual salary range is foreseen between €42,000 and €58,000, defined based on the experience gained, the skills possessed, the level of autonomy, and overall coherence with the role.

Placement within the range will be evaluated during the selection process.
