Production Planner

Responsibilities:

• Analyses and monitors customer forecast reliability. Develops an adequate understanding about customer’s requirements and needs in order to adjust and improve forecasts reliability;
• Checks and analyses orders received. Controls the inputs/outputs of finished products and performs the necessary adjustments in the information system;
• Performs control of sales according to the section of wires, customers or missing wires;
• Issues weekly and monthly reports;
• Shows the conclusions inventory stocks, finished products and commodity stocks to customers;
• Prepares, communicates and reviews Logistics KPI's in terms of output products, and defines consequently plans to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Transport Management or Transportation Administration);
• 3 years in similar position in industrial field;
• English – Advanced (writing, reading, speaking);
• Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM and ERP
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
• Ability to plan and organize operations and activities;
• Ability to analyse, synthesize and be attentive to details;
• Being prompt in fulfilling the tasks and assuming responsibility for them;
• Integrity, self-control, cooperation, tact, seriousness.
