Production Planner

Responsibility for creating and updating daily production plans with the goal of minimizing costs, maximizing efficiency, and maintaining a high level of services for customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Weekly and daily production planning in accordance with raw material and packaging stock levels;
• Effective communication with production team leaders to provide timely and complete production plans;
• Communication program with other departments, such as technical department, warehouse, and QA;
• Reporting accurate production plan results;
• Ensuring all process orders launched have associated dates in the agreed-upon program;
• Verifying and closing (TECO) production orders issued;
• Responsible for communicating changes that affect capacity – short-term, medium-term, and long-term;
• Analyzing non-conformities related to file closures and finished product stock levels in P12P with the production team leader;
• Analyzing deviations in consumption that appear in production (MME) with Material Planner/Warehouse Coordinator;
• Efficient planning of NPI's and tests in production;
• Reporting weekly and monthly production OTIF to superiors and addressing deviations from targets;
• Verifying production orders launched, according to standard recipes and materials used;
• Ensuring finished product/semi-finished product stock levels for all processes that occur in production (e.g., tinting);
• Prioritizing production orders based on customer requirements (OOS meetings).
