Job description
MANPOWER AG specializes in temporary and permanent staffing and offers comprehensive personnel services. With locations throughout Switzerland, we support our customers in realizing their orders and projects successfully. For our customer in the region, we are looking for Production Planners 80-100% (m/w/d).
Your tasks:
- Interface between production, sales, material management, and other internal departments
- Analyze production key figures to identify weaknesses and optimize planning
- Optimize the scheduling of our bakery specialties for efficient use of personnel and equipment resources
- Ensure maximum delivery readiness of assigned production facilities
Your profile:
- Techical basic education (EFZ) and professional experience in production planning or the food industry
- Business administration further education (e.g. process manager, technical clerk)
- Experience with ERP systems (CSB, SAP, etc.)
- Customer-oriented personality with structured work style and networked thinking
