Production Operator

Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Production Operator to join our team in San Fernando, Mexico. As a key member of our manufacturing plant, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electronic components and high-quality finished products. Carry out the assembly and testing of subassemblies, final assemblies, and small/miniature sets following written work instructions and schematic diagrams. Perform quality checks on all products to ensure they meet our high standards. Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in production schedules and priorities. Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals. Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any issues or concerns to supervisors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control procedures, and environmental policies. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, processes, and manufacturing systems. Provide support to other departments as needed. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
