We are looking for a Production Operator (H/F) on behalf of our major and recognized client in the surface treatment and painting sector for the aerospace industry. By joining their teams, you will integrate an organization at the forefront of technology, where quality and precision are at the heart of each project.

In the context of its development, we are looking for a Production Operator (H/F).

Within the workshop and under the responsibility of the team leader, you will be in charge:

• Supply: Handling and positioning metal sheets on the cutting table.
• Lancement and supervision: Launching cutting cycles and supervising the smooth operation of processes, ensuring quality and respecting tolerances.
• Quality control: Verifying the conformity of cut pieces using measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, etc.).
• Fine operations: Deburring and cleaning parts after cutting.
• Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on the machine, including changing consumables (electrodes, buses) and cleaning the work area.
• Optimization: Ensuring optimal placement of parts (nesting) to minimize material waste.

  We are looking for a motivated person, meticulous and with a strong team spirit.

  You have a successful first experience as a production operator in an industrial environment demanding (aerospace, automotive, precision mechanics).

  You are recognized for your rigor, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.

  You know how to read and interpret technical documents (instruction sheets, simple plans).

  Newcomers motivated by a strong desire to learn a technical trade are also welcome.
