About the Role
We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Production Operators to join the team in Morwell. In this role, you will operate production machinery, handle materials using a forklift, and contribute to maintaining smooth and efficient plant operations.
Duties and Responsibilities

About the Role
We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Production Operators to join the team in Morwell. In this role, you will operate production machinery, handle materials using a forklift, and contribute to maintaining smooth and efficient plant operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials using a forklift
- Conduct routine quality checks and complete production records
- Assist with general labouring, cleaning, and housekeeping tasks
- Support plant operations and maintenance activities as required
- Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and reporting requirements
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) – essential
- Front-End Loader experience – highly valued
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude, physical fitness and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for manual duties
- Competitive casual hourly rate
