Production Operator

DIREZIONE LAVORO SPA (Aut.Min. 0001 del 21/01/19), Verona branch, is seeking a production operator for a client company. Responsibilities: - Operating folding-gluing machine or flexographic printing machine - Supporting productive activities - Ensuring the correct functioning of the machine and quality of the finished product - Basic maintenance and cleaning of the machine - Collaboration with department operators and production manager Requirements: - Willingness to learn a new role and grow professionally - Good manual skills, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation - Good physical resistance for handling heavy loads Place of work: Settimo di Pescantina (VR) Working hours: 2 options - Shifts: 5:00–13:00 and 13:00–20:00 - Day shift: 10.00 - 18.00 Compensation: - Classification from level D1 to C1, based on experience What we offer: - Integration into a dynamic and structured production context - Internal training program with expert personnel Type of contract: Initial supply contract with prospect of indefinite duration.
