Production Operator

Selected individuals will be hired within the food processing plant of Santa Sofia (FC) and will be inserted into one of the production departments present in the factory. The tasks will concern manual/operative activities aimed at processing meat or moving finished products in storage. Direct employment is expected. The person must possess learning abilities, adaptability to the production environment, good manual skills, rapidity in performing assigned tasks. They must also be able to interact with colleagues, operational and functional supervisors, demonstrating attention and respect for safety regulations on the work site, hygiene, and quality. Motivation is required to complete the work commitment, respecting deadlines and ensuring maximum punctuality. For some job positions, it is necessary to have a license related to the use of the mule and/or higher-grade licenses (C, CE, D, etc...). Essential to be residents near the production site and self-motivated.
