Production Operator - 3 Shifts

WinTime Spa - Job Agency for Modena is seeking a Production Operator for a plastic industry client in Fiorano Modenese. We are looking for an operator to be inserted into the production department. The selected figure will be involved in the entire production process, responsible for managing and operating automatic and semi-automatic machines. The operator will have the task of monitoring production lines, ensuring correct machine functioning, and actively working during the process, performing manual and quality control activities. The resource must be available to work on shifts (4:00-12:00, 12:00-20:00, 20:00-4:00) with a weekly rotation, ensuring continuity and efficiency in production, respecting company standards and safety regulations. Main tasks: - Managing and operating automatic and semi-automatic machines - Quality control of finished products and production phases - Ordinary maintenance and assistance to machines - Monitoring production lines and optimizing performance - Respecting safety and quality regulations. Requirements: - Previous experience in production on automatic and semi-automatic machines - Experience working on shifts - Precision, reliability, and ability to work independently. We offer: - Initial contract with possibility of stable insertion into the company - Net monthly salary of €1,450 + night shift bonus. Work schedule: three shifts (4:00-12:00, 12:00-20:00, 20:00-4:00) Location: Fiorano Modenese (MO).
