Production Operative - Night Shift (No weekend working)

Location: RUNCORN

Reports to: Production Manager

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 PM - 6:20 AM (finishing Friday morning)

Purpose of the Role:

To manufacture fluoropolymer coatings to the highest quality standards, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all production guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture products according to IFS Shop Orders and Process Control System instructions.
• Report any quality issues or shortages of materials to the Production/Shift Manager promptly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the work area.
• Operate FLT safely and complete daily checks.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness in line with 5S standards.
• Support daily audit data collection as per SQCPD requirements.
• Follow health and safety policies and risk assessments.
• Promote a safe working environment within the team.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.
• Comply with the company's code of conduct and policies.

Requirements:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good organisational abilities.
