Production Operative - Early Shift (6am-2pm)
Location: Abingdon
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Job Type: Temp to Perm

Vibe Recruit are recruiting for Production Operatives to join a growing and well-established manufacturer based in Abingdon. Due to continued expansion, this is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business offering long-term career prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Running production vessels

• Testing and analysing manufactured products, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed

• Carrying out quality control checks on materials

• Following clear instructions to produce products to specification

• Mixing, filling and transferring products into smaller batches

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised production area

• Adhering to all health & safety guidelines at all times

About You:

• Previous experience within food or pharmaceutical manufacturing is advantageous (but not essential)

• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude

• Willingness to learn, develop and improve within the role
