The role is responsible for achieving delivery targets, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and managing workforce performance. Requirements Matric or relevant tertiary qualification in a related field; 5-7 years' experience in a production management or similar role; Strong understanding of welding processes and industrial manufacturing principles; Excellent leadership and communication skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in MS Office applications. Job responsibilities: Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet delivery targets and ensure operational efficiency; Ensure quality standards are maintained through effective implementation of quality control measures; Manage workforce performance by setting goals, providing feedback, and coaching employees; Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs; Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives; Maintain accurate records and reports on production activities and performance.
