Production Manager (Signage)

SplashOut has an exciting opportunity available for a Production Manager (Signage) to be based in Umhlanga, Durban. The successful incumbent will be responsible for effectively and efficiently manage the Signage Production teams. Ensure that there is compliance with all policies and procedures and strict adherence to internal controls. Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting is done accurately and timeously and contains appropriate content to enable effective decision making. Ensure maintenance of accurate records and documentation of all activities and tasks performed. Coordinate and facilitate meetings and discussions with relevant stakeholders. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and process optimization. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively. Monitor and control costs to ensure budgetary compliance. Ensure that all activities and tasks performed are in line with the company's overall objectives and goals. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with other departments, including Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Finance.
