Production Manager

Description RPO Recruitment is currently partnering with a reputable manufacturing company in Vereeniging to find a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager. As a Production Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the production processes and ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the production activities. You will manage a team of production supervisors and operators, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the production line. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and implement process improvements, optimize production schedules, and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing regular updates to management on production performance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration, and at least 5 years of experience in a production management role. You will also need to have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
