Production Manager

The Engineering division of Randstad Professional Leaders Search & Selection, specialized in searching and selecting middle and top management profiles, is seeking on behalf of a leading industrial reality characterized by a strong orientation towards innovation and quality excellence, a Production Manager with a keen attitude towards operational management and continuous improvement. Objective of the Role The resource will have the strategic responsibility of planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling production processes to ensure the achievement of business objectives. Key responsibilities: • Plan, organize, coordinate and control production processes; • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations; • Develop and implement process improvements; • Manage and optimize production resources; • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives; • Analyze and interpret production data to make informed decisions; • Identify and mitigate risks associated with production processes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; • Strong knowledge of production planning and control systems; • Excellent problem-solving skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; • Strong communication and leadership skills; • Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is an asset.
