Production Manager Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in plastics manufacturing to lead production operations. The role is responsible for managing production teams, ensuring product quality, meeting delivery deadlines, and driving efficiency across the plant. Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in injection moulding machine setting and optimisation . At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role . Proven experience within a plastics manufacturing environment . Some knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience with 5S would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes and be able to identify and implement process improvements. The role will also involve working closely with the production planning team to ensure that production schedules are met and that the production team is fully utilised. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and have excellent leadership skills. The role is a full-time position and the ideal candidate will be expected to work a standard 40-hour week. Some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the business. The salary for this role will be £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
