Production Manager - Oradea

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Production Manager to coordinate daily production activities and ensure the realization of the production plan in optimal conditions of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will have a key role in organizing the team of operators and maintaining performance standards within the factory.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate operator activity on production lines;
• Ensure the realization of planned quantities at the level of quality and term agreed upon;
• Monitor performance indicators (productivity, quality, etc.);
• Manage team hours and report production to the planner;
• Verify inventory accuracy and participate in inventories;
• Monitor compliance with safety rules, occupational health and safety, and PSI regulations;
• Decide on stopping production lines in case of non-conformities and implement corrective measures;
• Suggest continuous improvements for processes and flows.
