We’re Hiring: Team Leader / Production Manager – Dayshift Darra QLD Are you an experienced leader looking for your next opportunity to make a real impact? We’re seeking a Team Leader to oversee a dayshift production team, ensuring operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while delivering the highest quality output. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a small team while remaining hands-on. Supervise workflow, maintain maximum machine uptime, and reduce defects. Liaise with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
