Production Manager

LHH We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Production Manager, able to ensure the efficiency of production processes, achieve company goals (times, costs, quality, safety) and promote a culture of continuous improvement. The opportunity is within a solid industrial reality of medium size, active in the mechanical and manufacturing sector, specialized in precision mechanical work and small component production. Responsibilities - Main responsibilities: - Coordinate the production team, - Ensure product quality and respect technical specifications, Introduce and monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans, - Define production standards and technical documentation, - Optimize times and costs, - Monitor production costs by order, - Manage the introduction of new technologies and equipment. Profile Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar), or technical diploma with specialization in Mechanical Engineering, - At least seven years of experience in the role, - Knowledge of production processes and machine tools (freses, lathes, CNC), - Familiarity with surface finishes, - Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and improvement methodologies. Completing the profile are the following personal skills: Leadership, team management, excellent communication skills, quality orientation, flexibility, and problem-solving. Workplace location in the Pordenone area, easily accessible from the nearby province of Udine.
