About the role: As the Production Manager, you will oversee the entire manufacturing process and workforce, ensuring all products are made safely and within the required specification; ensure compliance with quality control procedures; manage production schedules to meet customer demand; coordinate with suppliers for raw materials and components; maintain accurate records of production and inventory; identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement; and provide leadership and guidance to the production team. Key responsibilities: Oversee the entire manufacturing process, including planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating all aspects of production; ensure compliance with quality control procedures and regulatory requirements; manage production schedules to meet customer demand and minimize downtime; coordinate with suppliers for raw materials and components; maintain accurate records of production and inventory; identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement; provide leadership and guidance to the production team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration; 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role; strong understanding of quality control procedures and regulatory requirements; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
