Join a well-established company specializing in high-quality plastic manufacturing solutions for international markets. We are seeking a dynamic Production Manager to lead our operations in injection molding, assembly, and pad printing at our Romania facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient, cost-effective production with zero-defect quality and strong team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily production operations to ensure high-quality output
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives
- Maximize machine, equipment, and tool availability
- Support internal and external audits
- Ensure workplace safety, order, and cleanliness
- Manage, develop, and motivate production teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Production Manager or similar role in industrial manufacturing
- Background in plastics or production environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Romanian and English or German
- KPI-driven mindset; VDA/Automotive knowledge is a plus
