Production Manager

Our client is a primary international leader in the production of high-precision components. To face a natural turnover, they have entrusted us to search for qualified candidates to fill the role of Production Manager - H26157 Location: Milan East The candidate, reporting directly to the CEO, will manage all production (80pp, 3 department heads). In particular, he/she must: Plan and program productive activities Ensure compliance with production schedules Manage and coordinate production processes Monitor and control production costs Optimize production workflows Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers Develop and implement process improvements Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent, 5+ years of experience in production management, and excellent leadership skills. He/she must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
