Job description
Job Title: Production Manager Hire Resolves client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team as a Production Manager in Killarney Gardens, Cape Town. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the production process, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities Manage a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met Monitor and analyse product data to identify trends and areas for improvement Implement changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall production performance Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders Coordinate logistics and transportation of goods and materials Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
