Production Manager

Key Responsibilities Production Oversight: Manage the end-to-end manufacturing process, ensuring timely and efficient production of high-quality products. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects, optimize workflows, and streamline processes. Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized vehicle or mobile unit manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies. Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Leadership Skills: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by empowering team members to take ownership of their work, providing coaching and guidance as needed. Develop and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, productivity, and quality. Communication Skills: Effectively communicate production goals, timelines, and expectations to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers. Build strong relationships with internal partners and external suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and supply chain management. Problem-Solving Skills: Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement. Certifications/Awards: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; 5+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles; Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or equivalent).
