Production Manager for Both Shirt and Bottom

As a Production Manager for Both Shirt and Bottom, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process from start to finish, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing daily operations, including planning, organizing, and controlling production activities. • Coordinating with various departments such as design, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of production plans. • Maintaining high levels of productivity, efficiency, and quality control throughout the production process. • Developing and implementing strategies to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential issues or concerns. • Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure they are equipped to meet their responsibilities effectively. • Maintaining accurate records of production activities, including inventory management, quality control, and performance metrics. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and excellence throughout the organization. The ideal candidate should possess: • A bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Design, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in production management or a related role. • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and address potential issues promptly. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control. • Familiarity with industry-standard software and technology, including ERP systems, CAD design tools, and other relevant applications. • Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is an added advantage.
