Production Manager (Food Manufacturing Division)

Role & Responsibilities: Lead and work hands-on with the production team in daily Ready-to-Eat (RTE) manufacturing operations within a central kitchen environment Oversee end-to-end production processes — from raw material receipt, preparation, cooking and packing to final dispatch Monitor production schedules closely, troubleshoot issues in real time, and step in operationally to ensure output targets are achieved Optimise manpower deployment and drive productivity while minimising downtime and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Coordinate with quality control team to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and maintenance to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control to maintain optimal levels of raw materials and finished goods Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production volume, quality, and customer satisfaction Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
