This Position reports to: Operations Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring timely delivery of products, managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining quality control standards. You will also be expected to develop and implement process improvements, analyze production data, and provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency gains. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of production plans with other business functions. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control; • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs; • Analyzing production data to identify trends and areas for improvement; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives; • Maintaining accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels, product movement, and quality control metrics.
