Production Line Supervisor

Staff Spa is seeking a Production Line Supervisor for a company operating in the food and industrial oils sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a production line, with a key role in ensuring efficiency and safety of production processes. Required skills: - Reading and interpreting technical standards and production procedures. - Ability to conduct autonomous production activities in accordance with standards. - Accurate compilation of documentation related to production activities. - Execution of production controls as scheduled. - Correct use of production equipment in compliance with regulations. - Adequate training on job type and related issues. Main responsibilities: - Preparation and control of packaging availability for the next day's production. - Management of line personnel (2-4 operators). - Cleaning of the production line (removing glass, ordering at the end of production). - Responsibility for utensils and equipment (kit). - Supervision of safety, with particular attention to protecting lines and correct functioning of safety doors. - Management of production returns (packaging), with correct return to warehouse. - Compilation of all required process modules. - Efficient organization of format changes. - Verification of packaging material conformity using the production sheet as reference. - Knowledge of bottling lines, including depalletizer, bottler, labeler, capper, wrap-around (boxer) and palletizer robots.
