Production Line Manager (H/F)

Around 1,100 employees, the Alstom La Rochelle site is a global center of excellence for designing and manufacturing Very High-Speed Trains and Tramways. We are looking for a Production Line Manager (H/F) to accompany the growth of our site and teams.

Vos missions will consist in:

• Ensuring the safety of people, goods, and the environment.
• Supervising 15-25 production unit leaders.
• Delivering production that meets quality, deadline, and cost targets.
• Defining and implementing progress plans for operational (Quality, Cost, Deadline) and managerial results.
• Identifying continuous improvement opportunities through Lean manufacturing.
• Piloting improvement projects (Lean manufacturing).
• Ensuring the proper application of the APSYS production system.
• Developing your team members.
• Representing management to personnel.

Profile sought

• A degree in Engineering or equivalent. You have experience managing a team.
• Your leadership, autonomy, reactivity, and relational qualities will be real assets to your candidacy, as well as your first management experience.
• You are a problem-solver, solution-oriented, and pragmatic.
• You can work in English independently.
