Duties - Starting up the production line: Ensure the start-up of the production line before the shift begins by checking that all safety aspects, cleanliness are in line with the required parameters and procedures; - Inspection of equipment: Perform regular inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any potential issues; - Production monitoring: Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement; - Team management: Manage a team of operators to ensure efficient and safe working practices; - Training and development: Provide training and support to operators to improve their skills and knowledge. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent; - 3+ years of experience in production line management; - Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations; - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
